The Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) represents over 250 banks and professionals of the financial sector, promoting the sustainable development of regulated, innovative, and responsible banking services in Luxembourg


  • Preparation of legal opinions, technical and strategic position papers
  • Assistance, information, and practical proposals to ABBL members
  • Analysis of draft regulations and laws at national and European levels that could impact the financial sector
  • Animation, coordination, and follow-up of ABBL's working groups and technical committees
  • Participation in working groups at national and European levels
  • Representation of the interests of employers in the banking sector at national level


  • Master's degree in law, preferably with a specialization in labor law
  • Solid and varied experience of at least 5 years
  • Fluent in English, French, and German (oral and written); knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Good organisational skills, sense of responsibility, autonomy in work
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
