Governance
The ABBL is a non-profit association, made up of member organisations from across the financial sector. Our mission and priorities are set by the Board of Directors, which is composed of senior representatives of our membership. The Board of Directors is led by a Chair and a Vice-Chair, who are elected by members for a two-year term.
Day to day management of the association is taken care of by the ABBL Secretariat, led by the CEO and the Management Board. We number around 40 staff, highly qualified expert advisers in specific fields of interest and support staff.
In addition to our Luxembourg office, we have a representative office in Brussels, which ensures that our voice is heard at the European level.
