Judith joined the ABBL in September 2019 as Head of Communication. In April 2021, Judith was appointed COO, taking on the responsibility of several support functions.

Judith has a European Business degree from Hull Universtity, and a Diplom Betriebswirt from FH Münster. After starting her career first in London and then Frankfurt, she moved to Luxembourg in 1994, and has worked in financial sector ever since. She has experience of the funds and insurance industries, as well as private banking, mainly in communication, change management and project roles but also in credit functions.

Digital Communication Specialist

Laurence D'haeyere joined the ABBL in June 2020 as Digital Communication Specialist. She is in charge of the communication through the ABBL's digital channels.

Laurence holds a Master's degree in French and Romance languages and literatures. She has specialised in digital, notably through several years of experience in web agencies, and has worked for 4 years in the digital marketing department of a bank in Luxembourg.

Head of Information Technology

Carlo Fonseca is responsible for the IT department of the House of Finance. Carlo ensures the smooth running of IT support, including server maintenance, installation and updating of new machines and programmes and assistance to House of Finance employees. He is also the technical leader on IT projects.

David De Oliveira joined the ABBL in 2021 as an IT specialist. He is in charge of IT support for the House of Finance. David is responsible for server maintenance, installing and updating new machines and programs, and providing support to House of Finance employees.

Olivier Pemmers joined the ABBL in the information technology department in 1992.

Judith Dias joined the ABBL in 2020. As a receptionist, she is responsible for the reception of the House of Finance and all related activities. Judith has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, which also allows her to contribute to the administrative activities of the secretariat.

Judith is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, English and Portuguese.

Chantal Hoffmann joined the ABBL in 1989. Since then, she has been responsible for all reception-related functions, from the welcoming of visitors to the call centre and the booking of meeting rooms.

Chantal is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English.

Sophie

Sophie Poekes joined the ABBL in 2008 in the Secretariat department, where she assists members and contributes to the ABBL's activities.

Sophie holds a degree in translation (English-German) from the Institut Libre Marie Haps in Brussels. She then graduated in Executive Secretarial Studies from the Haute Ecole Robert Schuman in Libramont. Before joining the ABBL, Sophie worked for 3 years at PwC Luxembourg as an assistant.

Annick Rollinger joined the ABBL in 2015 in the secretariat department, where she assists members and contributes to the ABBL's activities.

Previously, Annick worked at Société Générale Luxembourg as a Private Banking Assistant and P.A. to the Director of PB and Asset Engineering. She studied Literature and obtained a degree from the University of Metz ( France) and a BTS in Management Assistant from the Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion de Luxembourg.

Perrine Schuler joined the ABBL in 2018 in the Secretariat department, where she assists members and contributes to the ABBL's activities.

Perrine holds a BTS (vocational training certificate) as an executive assistant. She is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
