Ananda

Kautz

Head of Digital Banking

Head of Innovation, Payments & Digital - Member of the Management Board

Ananda Kautz joined the ABBL in 2020. She is in charge of helping ABBL members achieve their digital transformation and, in the area of payments, to contribute to making Luxembourg a centre of excellence in payments.

Ananda started her career in Luxembourg in 2006 at PwC. She then joined ING Luxembourg where she developed her expertise in payments and digital tools.

Ananda holds a business degree from ESSEC (France) and Concordia University (Canada) and a Master's degree from Paris Dauphine University (France). Ananda has completed professional training in data-driven digital marketing and Agile project management.

Andrey

Adviser - Innovation & Digital

Andrey joined the ABBL in 2016 as a FinTech advisor. Since February 2021, he has been an adviser on digital strategy, FinTech and innovation. Furthermore, Andrey represents the ABBL in several working groups of the European Banking Federation: Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud.

Andrey holds a PhD in Economics, Organisation and Business Management (Ukraine) and a Master's degree in Development, Innovation and Change from the University of Bologna (Italy).

Galina

Miroschnichenko

Adviser - Payments & Digital

Galina joined the ABBL in 2021 as an Adviser in the Innovation, Payments & Digital team. During the first five years of her professional career, which started in 2007 at Deloitte Luxembourg, Galina worked as an external auditor. Later, she joined the internal audit department of ING Luxembourg. In 2018, she joined the product management department, where she gained experience in customer needs. She also worked as a project manager in the Wholesale Banking team, including physical and virtual cash management, e-signature, platforms and payment channels.

Galina holds a master degree from SKEMA Business School and the University of Lille. She is also a chartered accountant in Luxembourg (réviseur d'entreprises) and a certified internal auditor.

Antoine

Van den Bulcke

Antoine Van den Bulcke joined the ABBL in October 2017 as Adviser in the Innovation, Payments & Digital team. In particular, he contributes to the activities of the Payments Cluster and is a member of several working groups of the European Payments Council and the Cybersecurity Working Group of the European Banking Federation.

Antoine holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He started his career in IT in 2001 and developed his knowledge in the field of payments. In 2013, he became responsible for electronic payments in one of the three largest banks in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
