Secretary General
The Secretary General ensures the integrity of the ABBL’s governance framework, provides legal and administrative support to the governing bodies and is responsible for financial matters and the management of the ABBL’s facilities.
Member of the Management Board
Camille Seillès is Secretary General and a member of the Management Board of the ABBL. In addition to his role as Corporate Secretary, he leads the Regulatory Affairs unit. In the latter capacity, his primary focus is on taxation and legal matters. Camille is Chair of the Fiscal Committee of the European Banking Federation and a member of the Business at OECD Committee on Taxation and Fiscal Policy. In Luxembourg, he is a member of the Social and Economic Council and the Consultative Committee for Prudential Regulation.
Prior to joining the ABBL in 2012, Camille worked during six years in the tax department of a large Luxembourg law firm. A lawyer by background, he received his legal training at the University of Cologne, the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and King’s College London and holds a Master’s degree in taxation from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
Accounting & Finance
Head of Accounting & Finance
Chloé Farouault joined the ABBL in February 2021 as Head of Accounting & Finance. She is responsible for the management of the budget and the accounting of the daily activity, as well as the respect of the accounting and fiscal standards. Chloé graduated as a chartered accountant from the University of Luxembourg, and completed her studies with a Master in Finance at Excelia Business School (La Rochelle).
Chloé worked for 5 years in an accounting firm in France and then in financial auditing in Luxembourg, and for 3 years as Chief Accountant of an industrial company in Luxembourg.
Assistant - Accounting
Elisângela Furtado joined the ABBL in 2013, in the accounting and finance department.
Elisângela holds a BAC from the Technical and Commercial Division, Management section. She then deepened her knowledge at the University of Luxembourg, in Economic and Management Sciences.

Facilities Management
Piero Ruscitti is responsible for the technical service and building management of the House of Finance. He is also a staff delegate in the ABBL.
